Ibrahim Abdel Jawad revealed that Al Ahly FC has decided to play a friendly match against Delphi tomorrow, Saturday, in order to prepare players returning from injury such as Emam Ashour and Achraf Dari, in addition to new signings like Tawfik Mohamed.
Abdel Jawad added on the "Mal'ab On" program that Akram Tawfik suffered a strong bruise during training, and the Al Ahly FC coaching staff preferred to exclude him from the match against ZED FC to prevent the injury from worsening.
Al Ahly FC face ZED FC this evening at Cairo International Stadium in the second round of the Egyptian League.
Al Ahly FC is currently in sixth place in the Egyptian League standings with 3 points, while ZED FC is in twelfth place with 1 point.
