Watford have officially announced the signing of Senegal international Krépin Diatta from French club Monaco on a free transfer during the current transfer window.
The club said in an official statement: "Watford have announced the completion of the signing of Senegal international Krépin Diatta, who is 27 years old and capable of playing in several positions on the right flank, arriving at Vicarage Road on a free transfer after five and a half seasons spent with Monaco."
Diata has been linked with Monaco since 2021, before ending his time with the French club and moving to Watford for a new experience in English football.
Watford currently sit in 20th place in the Championship, the second tier of English football.
