MC Algiers has announced the latest medical updates regarding several of its players following their examinations after participating with the Algeria U23 national team.
The club confirmed that the medical tests for striker Ben Ahmed Khaïli were reassuring and do not cause concern, as the player is suffering from pain in his little toe due to an injury sustained during the match between the Algerian national team under 23 and South Africa.
In the same context, Abdel Wahab Sata suffered a muscle cramp during the match itself; however, he has integrated normally into training with MC Algiers today, indicating his readiness to participate with the team in the upcoming period.
Left-back Marwane Khelif will be sidelined for two weeks after medical tests revealed a muscle tear in his thigh, leading him to enter a treatment and rehabilitation program before returning to competitions.
