Roberto Amorim, the head coach of AC Milan, is keen to sign Leny Yoro, a defender from Manchester United, to bolster the Italian team's defense, having previously worked with the player during his time at the English club.

TEAMtalk reports that Calcio Mercato has indicated that Leny Yoro is preferred by Amorim, as AC Milan looks to strengthen their defense after signing only one new defender during the summer. The French defender was one of the most used players by Manchester United under Amorim.

Leny Yoro faces uncertainty regarding his future at Manchester United, as his development has stalled under Michael Carrick, who prefers to rely on Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martínez.

Despite this, Manchester United confirm their commitment to the player at present, while Leny Yoro is seeking greater opportunities to participate, and the pressure is increasing on him with the club's interest in signing Thiago Gabriel, Fin Ylche, and Jarrad Branthwaite to strengthen the defense.

Manchester United have signed Leny Yoro for £52 million in 2024, while his current value is estimated at around €50 million.
