The Egyptian national team is preparing to face its counterpart Ethiopia today, Friday, in the seventh round of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

According to sources, Hossam Hassan relies on the trio Mohamed Salah, Omar Marmoush, and Mostafa Mohamed to lead the team's attack in order to secure the three points and get closer to qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.

Expected lineup for the Egyptian national team:

In goal: Mohamed El-Shenawy.

In defense: Mohamed Hani, Rami Rabia, Hossam Abdel-Meguid, Mohamed Hamdy.

In midfield: Hamdi Fathy, Ahmed Mostafa Zizo, Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet.
