FIFA has announced the date for the Moroccan national team’s match against their Congolese counterparts, as part of the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.

The match will take place on October 14th at the Prince Moulay Abdullah Stadium in the capital, Rabat, starting at 8 PM local time.

The Moroccan national team had secured its qualification for the World Cup early by topping the group standings with a total of 21 points, while the Congo team is at the bottom of the table in fifth place with just one point, making the match more of a formality for the 'Atlas Lions', with a symbolic value in completing the qualification journey.
