The Brazilian Alex Telles, former player of Al Nassr, recounted the details of his transfer to the club, revealing that his direct communication with Cristiano Ronaldo contributed to speeding up the negotiations for the deal.
Alex Telles discussed the beginning of the story, revealing that his agent informed him about the possibility of moving to Al Nassr. He took advantage of having a way to communicate with Cristiano Ronaldo and sent him a message regarding joining the team.
Telles said: "There is a possibility that I will join you, and if you need some crosses there, I am coming," to which he received a quick response from Cristiano Ronaldo: "Really?" He then asked him to call.
The Brazilian full-back stated that the conversation was short, but he told Cristiano Ronaldo that if the decision were up to him, the transfer would have been settled immediately, confirming that things became more serious afterwards.
Alex Telles confirmed that the deal was completed after about 20 days, stating that he did not know whether Cristiano Ronaldo had taken any further steps, before recalling the memory of winning the Arab Cup with him.
