Luca Ranieri has reached an agreement with ACF Fiorentina to extend his contract until 2029, with an option to extend for an additional year until 2030, according to Italian network "Sky Sport".
Ranieri has announced reaching an agreement during a live intervention with Gianluca Di Marzio from Florence, confirming that negotiations have reached their final stages, awaiting the completion of the last details.
Fiorentina defender said: "We are in the final details, and I am happy. This renewal means a lot to me, and I am proud to continue my career with a club that represents a family for me."
He added: "I have been here since I was thirteen years old, and continuing with ACF Fiorentina is a great honor for me."
Claudio Ranieri is considered one of the club's own, having progressed through the ranks of ACF Fiorentina from a young age, before becoming one of the first-team members in recent years.
