Trabzonspor has entered serious negotiations with Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, having made an official offer to sign him during the summer transfer window.

According to Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, Trabzonspor's management has contacted Mohamed Salah's agent and submitted their official offer, which includes a two-year contract with an annual salary of €17 million.

The source added that the player's agent informed him of all the details of the offer, noting that the captain of the Egyptian national team showed initial enthusiasm for the idea of moving to the Turkish league.

The report clarified that Mohamed Salah has not yet made his final decision, as he intends to discuss the matter with his family before making a definitive choice on whether to accept or reject the Trabzonspor offer.

Al Ittihad of Saudi Arabia is eager to sign the player, while the Egyptian star was very close to transferring to Turkish side Besiktas before the deal fell through due to agent commissions.
